Images from afar

The highlight of our January was receiving photos from the Dominican Republic, of children whose lives were made a little brighter by receiving stuffed animals that were donated to Father’s Hope.
Late last year, we were put in touch with Rebecca, who was traveling in January on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic with the ACES North America group. Thanks to your generosity, we were able to provide approximately 500 stuffed animals for the group to distribute to children they worked with there.
Included in this post are photos of some of the Dominican children who were touched by the group, and the stuffed animals they received from Father’s Hope.
In the coming days, we will be preparing a shipment of stuffed animals for a ministry organization in the Philippines we were recently put in touch with.
We are also continuing to evaluate several potential projects that would see our mission expand in amazing ways.
I am looking forward to Thursday, Feb. 16. At 6:15 that evening, I will be presenting about our mission to the Northumberland/Point Township Kiwanis Club. I love sharing about our work and welcome the opportunity to speak to community organizations, church groups, youth organizations or any other entity in Central Pennsylvania about Father’s Hope and how precious and special the children are who are touched by our mission.
If you’re interested in scheduling a speaker from Father’s Hope, or if you’d like additional information on our mission, contact me by email at fathers.hope@gmail.com or through the Father’s Hope Facebook page.
We also appreciate tax-deductible financial contributions to our mission. We are an all-volunteer organization so all funds are used to either cover the cost of shipping stuffed animals and related items around the world, or for projects at orphanages we work with.
Your donations can be sent to: Father’s Hope, 9 Greenbriar Drive, Milton PA 17847.
We are thankful to everyone who contributes to our mission in any way as we would not be able to do what we do without your support. We were especially thankful this month to learn Christ United Church in Northumberland collected over 300 stuffed animals for our mission. Several generous donations were also dropped off at one of our drop-off locations, Renco Ace Hardware in Bloomsburg.
THANK YOU for your continued support. Because of you, we are truly impacting the lives of children around the world.
